We are looking for a strategic executive leader responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand expansion across a multi-channel, multi-brand marketing platform.
This role leads digital performance, AI-driven marketing innovation, and measurable ROI initiatives to strengthen market position in a competitive personal injury landscape.
The CMO partners closely with leadership, attorneys, intake, and operations teams to scale lead generation, improve client engagement, and optimize conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Lead AI-enabled lead generation and full-funnel marketing performance.
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, website, and content strategy.
- Optimize conversion rates across digital and intake touchpoints.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and market expansion initiatives.
- Implement AI tools for automation, personalization, lead scoring, and analytics.
- Manage marketing budgets, attribution models, and ROI reporting.
- Partner with intake teams to improve lead-to-client conversion.
- Lead PR, media relations, thought leadership, sponsorships, and community engagement.
- Oversee CRM, analytics, call tracking, and marketing technology platforms.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Stay ahead of digital, marketing, and AI trends.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven success driving growth, lead generation, and brand development.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and multi-channel strategy.
- Experience with CRM systems, AI tools, and marketing technology platforms.
- Understanding of legal industry trends and ethics preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA or JD preferred.
