We're a boutique growth marketing agency focusing on DTC brands across beauty, wellness, skincare, fragrance, jewelry, and lifestyle.


Our clients are founders building real brands — and increasingly, those founders are the brand. They need someone who can walk into their space, set up a phone and a light, and pull authentic content out of them. That's this role.


The Role

You'll own social media and content creation for a roster of DTC clients. That means everything from coming up with the monthly content plan, to showing up at a founder's office in Miami to film a Reel, to editing it that night, to posting it the next morning. Concept → film → edit → publish. You own the full loop.


This is a hands-on role for someone who lights up at the idea of being on set one day and behind the laptop the next.


What you'll actually do
  • Own social media strategy and content calendars for DTC clients
  • Build monthly content plans grounded in trends, platform shifts, and what's actually working
  • Travel to client locations across South Florida (and occasionally elsewhere in the U.S., a few times a year) to film founders, products, and behind-the-scenes
  • Direct founders on camera — make them comfortable, pull out the good takes, keep the shoot moving
  • Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form video that actually performs
  • Write captions that sound like the brand, not like a template
  • Manage publishing, community engagement, and DMs
  • Track what's working and adjust



What we're looking for

Must-haves


  • 2–4 years creating social media content for brands (in-house, agency, or strong freelance)
  • A reel or portfolio of short-form video you've shot AND edited yourself
  • Real comfort directing founders on camera — you can walk into a room, set up, and make people relax
  • Fluent in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and the trends that actually convert (not just go viral)
  • Strong editing chops — CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent
  • Based in South Florida and able to travel locally for shoots
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation
  • You write good captions


Nice-to-haves


  • Experience with beauty, wellness, jewelry, or fragrance brands
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway) in your workflow
  • Photography skills
  • A point of view on social — you don't just chase trends, you have taste


Not the right fit if


  • You can shoot but not edit, or edit but not shoot
  • You're uncomfortable working solo on a client site
  • You need a creative director telling you what to make
  • You think social media is just "posting"
Comp & logistics
  • $60k base
  • Hybrid — Boca Raton office, plus client site visits across South Florida
  • Travel a few times a year to client locations elsewhere in the U.S.
  • Equipment provided (phone, lighting, mic) — you bring the eye
  • 3 weeks vacation + flex days
  • Direct mentorship from the founder
