Arena Staffing has partnered with a confidential, high-growth consumer fintech company in Orange County that is hiring a Chief Product Officer. This role will be in office 5 days a week.
This is a senior executive role for a product leader who has scaled digital products, expanded product lines, and connected product strategy directly to revenue growth, customer engagement, retention, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will come from fintech, SaaS, credit, lending, personal finance, consumer financial tools, or regulated technology and will be comfortable partnering directly with a founder-led executive team.

What you will own
- Define and execute the company’s long-term product vision and roadmap.
- Lead product strategy across existing and future digital product lines.
- Identify new opportunities across consumer fintech, credit, lending, personal finance, and AI-enabled products.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
- Use product analytics, customer insights, A/B testing, and market research to guide roadmap decisions.
- Lead Product Management and Product Design teams.
- Present product strategy, performance, and innovation plans to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Must-have requirements
- CPO, SVP Product, VP Product, Head of Product, or senior product executive experience.
- 10+ years of progressive product leadership experience.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, credit, lending, personal finance, consumer financial tools, or regulated technology.
- Proven success scaling digital products and driving measurable growth.
- Experience launching, expanding, or repositioning product lines.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
- Strong product analytics, customer research, experimentation, and KPI experience.
- Executive communication skills with the ability to influence founders, CEOs, boards, investors, and technical teams.
Nice-to-have requirements
- Public company, pre-public company, investor-facing, or board-facing product leadership experience.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- AI and automation experience tied to product strategy, personalization, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
- Experience working in a founder-led or high-growth environment.

Compensation
Base compensation range: $225k - $400K + Stock Options + Discretionary Bonus + Great Benefits
