As our technology and service operations continue to expand, we are building a Fleet Analytics platform focused on transforming charger telemetry and operational data into actionable business insights.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst – Fleet to support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making across Field Service, Operations, and Customer Success teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who wants hands-on exposure to real-world operational data, reporting systems, and business intelligence within a fast-growing EV infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze charger telemetry, operational, and service-related data to identify trends, downtime drivers, and recurring issues

• Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards related to:

• SLA performance

• Charger uptime

• Service activity

• Operational metrics

• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and organize data for reporting and analysis

• Support dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

• Partner with senior analysts, engineers, and operations teams to improve reporting consistency, data quality, and KPI visibility

• Assist with ad hoc analysis related to:

• Service costs

• Warranty trends

• Parts usage

• Maintenance performance

• Operational efficiency

• Prepare clear summaries, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders and customer-facing reporting

• Help document reporting logic, business rules, and operational processes

• Support additional FP&A, Operations, and Field Service initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, operations analysis, or related fields (internships included)

• Basic proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/visualization tools

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Python or basic scripting for data analysis

• Experience working with operational or large-scale datasets

• Interest in EV charging infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or industrial systems

• Internship, academic, or project experience involving analytics or reporting
