Trainee IT Support Technician

Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Basic salary of £26,500 plus benefits.
Role And Responsibilities
- Setting up user logins for in house systems and creating ID cards for new staff
- Closing access for staff who are leaving
- Ensuring the internal company directory is kept up to date
- Troubleshooting & resolving 1st Line IT issues.
- Logging and managing IT support tickets to completion or escalating to 2nd line support.
- Administering internal systems to assist in the smooth running of the department day-to-day.
- Windows 11.
- Microsoft Office 365.
- iOS & Android.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with a logical and methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users of varying levels of IT knowledge.
- Excellent telephone manner and active listening skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
