Job Summary
The Regional Sales Director/Senior Manager is a results-driven sales leader responsible for driving regional revenue growth through strategic sales execution, customer relationship development, and new business acquisition. This role oversees the full collegiate product portfolio, including rings, regalia, diplomas, covers, photos, and yearbooks. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering strong sales performance. Experience in the collegiate and/or alumni market is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Establish structured sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to consistently meet and exceed performance goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
- Resolve pricing, service, and delivery challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies
- Support organizational initiatives and perform additional duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
3–5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in K–12, collegiate, or related industries
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targets
Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans
Strong leadership experience in coaching and managing sales teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
Experience in the collegiate and/or alumni market strongly preferred
