The Role
You'll build our referral network across the region — working with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, and healthcare professionals to create lasting partnerships that generate qualified client inquiries and new care starts.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow productive relationships with referral sources across the healthcare community.
- Conduct consistent in-person visits, presentations, and community events.
- Generate qualified inquiries and new care starts from the referral channel.
- Track all activity and results in CRM and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless client experience from referral to start.
- At least one year of healthcare, home care, or senior services experience.
- Natural networker who thrives in a field-based, self-directed role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills — effective one-on-one and in groups.
- Comfortable with quotas, accountability, and measuring your own performance.
- Valid driver's license; willing to spend 50-80% of time in the community.
