- Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs
- Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership
- Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
- Direct the team to deliver company goals
- Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts
- Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership
- Proficiency with current technology
