Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for the role of Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions utilizing Wind's financial data and services. The individual will coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, assist in resolving any service-related issues, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional products and services. The role includes managing client accounts, conducting regular updates, and assisting in the onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial data, investment tools, or related financial services
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with a focus on client solutions
• Knowledge of financial markets, ESG data, and asset management principles
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in English and German are required; additional language skills, such as Mandarin, are a plus
• Prior experience managing global clients or working with financial institutions is preferred
