Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palm City, FL, for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing lead generation, account management, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales pipelines are managed effectively to drive revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships
- Experience in Account Management and Sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Background in Defense/Aerospace markets
