Position Summary

We are seeking a highly outgoing and relationship-driven Field Sales Development Representative to help expand our presence within the multifamily and condominium industry through events, networking, property visits, and community outreach.

This role focuses on building relationships, generating leads through in-person interactions, attending industry events, prospecting target properties, and creating strategic partnerships that drive sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly personable, proactive, organized, and comfortable representing the company in professional and social environments.

Location: Downtown, Miami Florida

Monday to Friday


Responsibilities

  • Attend industry events, expos, networking functions, and association meetings
  • Build relationships with property managers, condominium associations, HOAs, and ownership groups
  • Conduct in-person prospecting and property visits
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Coordinate and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Deliver branded marketing materials, coffee/snack drops, and relationship touchpoints to target properties
  • Maintain event follow-up and CRM updates
  • Identify market opportunities and gather competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified meetings and opportunities


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable attending events and engaging with new people
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
  • Ability to manage follow-up and relationship nurturing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Sales, hospitality, or relationship-management experience preferred
