What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage the end-to-end process of applying transferred money to new incoming annuity contracts.
• Ensure all transfers adhere strictly to state, federal, and internal compliance regulations.
• Process Life Operation Annuity setups accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively handle follow-up calls and emails with relinquishing companies to ensure timely service.
• Identify and follow up on any outstanding requirements or items necessary to complete the money transfer process.

What We're Looking For (Ideal Qualifications):

• Experience in the financial services, insurance, or annuity industry is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, professional customer service.
• Bachelor's degree candidates or those with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
