What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Quality Control documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports.
- Plan and execute tests at the product, system, and component levels for mobile and fixed devices.
- Conduct functional, performance, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in product readiness reviews, test result reviews, and evaluations of test programs and methods.
- Analyze test data and generate detailed Quality Control reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across development, QA, production, compliance, and other teams.
- Evaluate performance results and recommend changes to improve product performance and compliance.
- Utilize knowledge of engineering and software/firmware principles to ensure test validity and integrity.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the QA field or in a related area
- Experience in surface mount soldering and programming with Objective-C, Swift or Java
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Associates degree or higher
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm)
- Location: Irvine, CA – minutes from John Wayne Airport
- Local candidates only. Relocation or visa sponsorship (H-1B) is not available.
- This is an on-site position; remote work is not offered.
