Sales Support Specialist

MTI is looking to hire someone for the Sales Support Specialist position. This is an in-person position at one of our three offices (Greenville, AL, Orlando, FL, or San Antonio, TX).

The Sales Support Specialist position serves as the glue between customer service and our public-facing sales team. The sales support specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Creating and maintaining technical, sales, and marketing materials for MTI products.

• Maintaining MTI and MTS websites.

• Assessing existing customer needs and creating sales opportunities based on these needs.

• Attending national trade shows.

• Facilitating demonstrations with sales staff.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• A strong grasp of English grammar, both in spoken and written.

• A two- or four-year degree in a technical field is preferred.

• Picks up the use of software applications quickly.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and PowerPoint.

• Must be comfortable with speaking in front of crowds and meeting new people.

• This position will require some travel, though most time will be spent in the office. The candidate must be able to travel (both driving and flying).

This is an in-person position. The employee must report in during office hours to one of our three offices (Greenville, AL, San Antonio, TX, or Orlando, FL).
