You will support operations by developing manufacturing initiatives that enhance efficiency, optimize production cycles and strengthen supply chain performance. You will use your technical experience to solve problems, improve processes and contribute to both short‑term and long‑term operational goals.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Driving continuous improvement and Kaizen activities to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Preparing and maintaining manufacturing process documentation.
- Defining and executing short‑ and long‑term LEAN objectives across production areas.
- Developing manufacturing methods and creating process routings.
- Supporting fixture and tooling design, procurement and installation activities.
- Supporting P&E initiatives and participating in equipment implementation.
- Contributing to HSE and Quality objectives including ISO and HSE audit readiness.
- Supporting the organization in achieving operational KPIs.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Have knowledge of LEAN methodologies.
- Have fluent English communication skills.
- Have strong ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
- Have experience or exposure to LEAN manufacturing environments.
- Have strong project‑management capabilities.
- Have strong analytical and process‑focused thinking.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Working 4 days from the office and 1 day from home each week.
