What We Are Looking For…

We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do…

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc.
  • Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle.
  • Focus on building relationships with HOAs, multifamily developments, and hotels
  • Build and foster relationships with real estate agents band brokerages
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate property management agreements
  • Assist in onboarding new prospects.
  • Work with exiting homeowners to retain home in portfolio.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field
  • 3 years (min) of experience in a luxury short-term vacation rental sales is required
  • Real estate license is required
  • Self-motivated with results-driven approach
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
