About The Role
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial leader to grow our Franklin office. This individual will recruit and develop advisors, continue building a successful personal practice, and play a key role in shaping culture.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an existing platform - not a startup. The foundation, systems, and support are already in place. What’s needed is a leader who wants to build, grow, and leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the office culture, standards, and vision
- Recruit, mentor, and develop at least three advisors per year
- Grow and manage your own client practice (risk and AUM)
- Drive performance, accountability, and professional development
- Collaborate with home office leadership and support teams
- Ability to build and maintain your own AUM and Risk practice
- Long-term leadership upside with growth potential
- Proven success in financial services, wealth management, or insurance leadership
- Strong track record of personal production and client relationship management
- Demonstrated recruiting, coaching, and mentoring ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership presence
- High level of accountability and performance standards
- Desire to build something meaningful long-term
