Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will operate as a consultative risk advisor, not just a salesperson.
You Will
- Develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic community engagement.
- Conduct needs-based insurance consultations across auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial.
- Deliver tailored protection strategies using access to a broad panel of top-rated carriers.
- Prospect and identify opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation within CRM and sales technology platforms.
- Continuously elevate your sales process, closing skills, and client experience standards.
Requirements

Preferred Backgrounds
- Sales, account management, retail, hospitality, banking, logistics, or service leadership
- Experience in consultative selling or objection handling
- Active Insurance License is a plus
