We are looking for a Technical Project Lead with strong expertise in fleet vehicle data analysis, Ethernet trace analysis, and system-level software validation to join an exciting automotive project environment.


🔧 Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and track software test & validation activities on system and vehicle level
  • Analyze large-scale fleet vehicle data to identify stability issues, regressions, and anomalies
  • Evaluate vehicle logger outputs and recorded fleet data
  • Perform Ethernet trace analysis to investigate communication, timing, and performance issues
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to software quality and fleet stability
  • Drive defect analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with development, validation, analytics, and program management teams
  • Support continuous improvement of validation and data analysis processes
  • Lead small technical teams and coordinate suppliers and stakeholders

  • Automotive software development & validation
  • System and vehicle-level testing
  • ECU-based vehicle architectures
  • Fleet vehicle data analysis and logging technologies
  • Ethernet trace analysis in automotive environments
  • CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols
  • Defect management and root cause analysis
  • KPI tracking and technical reporting
  • Technical project coordination or leadership experience
  • German C1
