Walker Cole International is supporting a confidential, European consumer‑focused organisation that is continuing to invest in and expand its consumer brand portfolio. We are seeking a Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager to help drive brand growth, strengthen market performance, and support innovation across multiple European markets.
This role is well suited to candidates with a strong FMCG brand background who are interested in progressing their careers within a regulated consumer category, such as OTC or Consumer Health, while maintaining a clear consumer‑led, commercially driven remit.
Role Overview
You will play a hands‑on role in delivering brand strategy and execution, supporting both short‑term performance and long‑term brand development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of brand strategy, positioning, and annual brand plans
- Delivering consumer‑centric marketing campaigns across digital, eCommerce, retail, and omnichannel environments
- Monitoring and analysing market performance, consumer insight, and competitor activity to inform decision‑making
- Working cross‑functionally with Commercial, Supply, Regulatory, and external agency partners
- Supporting innovation, renovation, and activation projects across the brand portfolio
- Managing elements of marketing budgets and commercial performance, in line with agreed objectives
The successful candidate is likely to bring:
- 3–8+ years’ experience in brand management or consumer marketing
- Strong exposure to campaign development, digital marketing, and performance tracking
- Experience working with consumer insight, data, and brand KPIs
- International or European market exposure within a matrix organisation
- A clear interest in transitioning into a regulated consumer category (e.g. Consumer Health / OTC)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Languages: English is essential. German language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Location & Relocation: The role is based in the Frankfurt region. Candidates currently based elsewhere in Europe who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply. Relocation support is available.
