Event Marketing Assistant

We are currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of live promotional campaigns, retail pop-up events, and customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will work directly with customers at in-store events and promotional campaigns, helping create positive brand experiences while supporting client acquisition and marketing goals. Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional marketing events and retail campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
• Educate customers on current products, services, and promotional offers
• Help generate brand awareness and customer interest through engaging conversations
• Support event logistics, team collaboration, and daily campaign operations
• Track customer feedback and assist management with campaign reporting
• Maintain a positive and professional presence at all event locations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced retail and event settings
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required
