Role Summary:

• The Duck Creek Manuscript Developer Onshore will be responsible for leading and supporting the enhancement modernization and stabilization of Duck Creek Policy manuscripts for Commercial P&C insurance implementations.
• This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Policy DCT DCOD direct experience with DCOD migration programs and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders’ business teams and offshore delivery teams to ensure compliant high-quality solutions.
• The onshore role carries additional responsibility for technical coordination solution reviews issue triage and delivery alignment acting as a bridge between client teams and offshore developers Experience with AD Authoring Advanced Development is preferred

Required Experience:

• 7 - 11 years of overall IT experience
• 5 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy development
• Strong experience in Duck Creek Manuscript development and maintenance
• Proven experience working on DCOD migration or upgrade programs in an onshore capacity
• Prior experience in PC Insurance Commercial or Personal Lines preferred
