Role Description


This is a remote, commission-based contract role for an Account Executive. In this position, you will help develop advertising, sponsorship, underwriting, and media partnership opportunities across FCB Faith Media’s growing radio and digital platforms.


Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying prospective advertising and sponsorship partners, coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing proposals and campaign materials, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities with clients and helping develop strategic solutions aligned with client goals and brand objectives.


This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, relational, self-motivated, and passionate about helping brands and organizations grow through strategic media partnerships and community-focused outreach.


Qualifications


* Client Relationship Management and Communication skills

* Project Coordination and Proposal Development experience

* Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

* Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities

* Understanding of Marketing, Advertising, Media Sales, Sponsorships, and Media Planning

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for project management and client communication

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Experience in radio, media, advertising, nonprofit fundraising, faith-based organizations, or purpose-driven brands is a plus

* Strong networking, outreach, and relationship-building abilities preferred
