Business Leader – Project Excellence Services (Zealand, Denmark)

Are you motivated by building and growing a business, not just delivering projects?

We are looking for a Business Leader to take ownership of our Project Excellence Services (PES) on Zealand, Denmark. You will play a key role in strengthening our position within Life Science while identifying and developing opportunities across our wider client base.

This is not a role where you inherit a fully defined setup. You will shape how we grow, how we engage with customers and how we build a strong and sustainable business in the region.

What you will own

You will lead the development of the PES business on Zealand with responsibility for customers, growth and team development.

You build and own senior customer relationships and position us early in their decision making. You identify opportunities, shape solutions and ensure that what we deliver creates real and measurable value.

At the same time, you lead and grow a team of Project Managers and external consultants, ensuring strong performance, clear direction and continuous development.

• Drive profitable growth by building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long term business
• Position us early in customer decision making and shape solutions that create measurable value
• Establish a strong and visible presence in the market, particularly within Life Science
• Build and lead a high performing team with clear ownership, accountability and development
• Strengthen our service offering to ensure it remains relevant, competitive and scalable
• Ensure consistent, high quality delivery that supports both customer success and healthy margins

What you bring

• Experience within project management and or consulting combined with a strong commercial mindset
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive business development
• Experience leading teams and creating results through others
• Ability to balance business development, delivery and people leadership
• Experience from Life Science or Pharma is desirable but not required
• Fluent in English, Danish is an advantage
• Based on Zealand
