THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join a highly agile and collaborative team, managing key national retail accounts while supporting the continued growth of the brand across the UK market. The role will involve building strong buyer relationships, supporting Joint Business Plans, managing promotional activity, analysing sales and EPOS data, coordinating launches and driving visibility both in-store and online. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, finance and supply chain teams while taking ownership within a business that genuinely values ideas, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will already have experience within FMCG, consumer goods or retail account management, with exposure to UK retail channels across grocery, health & beauty or ecommerce. You’ll be commercially sharp, highly organised and confident using data to identify opportunities and drive performance. Equally important is personality — the business is looking for someone proactive, hands-on and collaborative, who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment and is excited by the opportunity to grow with the brand long-term.
