Your Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship with relevant advanced training, or a technical/commercial university degree
• +5 years of industry experience, ideally in medical, defense, or related sectors (experience with constant force springs is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Proven sales experience and ability to thrive in a team environment

Your Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and generate inquiries with existing customers
• Manage and develop relationships with local key accounts and customer groups
• Plan, execute, and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate projects, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Maintain regular reporting and documentation of sales activities
• Represent the company at trade fairs and customer events
