Product Manager

As a Founding Product Manager, you are a "builder" who gets restless when code isn't shipping. You will bridge the gap between traditional B2B workflows and the future of autonomous, AI-driven platforms. The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following.

AI-Native Product Ownership (50%) :

• End-to-End Lifecycle : Take full accountability for the product lifecycle, identifying friction points for B2B users and owning the solution until it's in their hands.
• AI Integration : Design and deploy LLM-powered workflows (GPT APIs, LangChain) to automate complex manual tasks, similar to reducing manual invoicing effort by 80%.
• 0-1 Launch Mastery : Build and launch MVP platforms in record time (e.g., 10 weeks) to validate supply and demand in scaling environments.

• Ship, Iterate, Repeat : Work closely with engineering to clear roadblocks, manage technical debt, and ensure a high shipping cadence.
• Funnel Optimization : Utilize Mixpanel and SQL to identify bottlenecks, improving activation funnels and transaction success rates by 20% or more.
• Architecting Workflows : Set up and optimize execution frameworks in Jira or Trello to keep sprints organized, transparent, and aligned with high-impact goals.

• High Agency Leadership : Build roadmaps from scratch, treating the product like your own company to drive revenue growth and user engagement.
• User Research and UX : Conduct deep-dive user interviews and feedback loops to enhance UX, reducing drop-offs and improving satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional PODs : Partner with UI/UX, Engineering, and Sales to ensure product success across multiple business verticals.

• Product Depth : 3+ years of experience owning products end-to-end with a solid foundation in B2B SaaS.
• Technical Lean : Proven ability to build/enhance AI workflows (GPT, NLP, or LLMs) to solve real-world engineering problems.
• Execution Mastery : A track record of shipping software that delivers measurable business impact (e.g., 70% reduction in support tickets or 55% increase in KYCs).
