Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you'll act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll oversee campaign delivery across performance marketing platforms and ensure success metrics are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client communication and expectations
- Understand campaign goals and recommend data-driven strategies
- Lead internal coordination from briefing to reporting
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns in collaboration with media teams
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and review insights
- Identify growth and upsell opportunities
- Document action plans, meeting notes, and updates
- Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and innovations
Who You Are
- 3–5 years in account/client servicing roles in digital or performance marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Highly organised, with multitasking abilities
- Preferably experienced with Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic
- Strong in data analysis and insights reporting
- High-ownership mindset and startup-ready
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio
- Project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Notion
- Experience with influencer/content-led performance campaigns
