Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager based in Vernon Hills, IL. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing customer relationships, driving account management activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships, managing accounts, and delivering a superior customer service experience. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Relationship Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in team settings and effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Previous experience in the medical devices or health services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
