- Act as a content expert for target audiences, with a strong focus on patient‑centric initiatives.
- Drive innovation and new programs within Therapy Development initiatives in Canada.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Therapy Development initiatives (Canada and EU) to assess performance against KPIs and identify challenges and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to communicate results and insights.
- Develop marketing messages aligned with regional strategy.
- Plan and execute digital marketing and media strategies, including campaign optimization and performance measurement.
- Lead digital advertising activities and oversee digital marketing platforms.
- Support the sales organization through training on products, messaging, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the product portfolio and support new product launches.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop marketing and training materials.
- Support internal and external meetings and manage key marketing systems (e.g., Marketo, Customer Data Platform, Dynamics 365 / Salesforce).
- Conduct competitive and market analysis, including market dynamics, pricing, and positioning.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant literature and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, market share analysis, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics.
- Working knowledge of digital and social media technologies and their application in marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with global and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Compliance with company policies, health & safety, and environmental standards.
For Canada, the base pay range for this position is 80000 $ - 114000 $ (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
