Job Description

  • วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานติดตั้งระบบวิศวกรรมอาคารให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานโครงการ
  • ตรวจสอบแบบ งานติดตั้ง และการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบ PO และ TOR
  • ควบคุมและติดตามงานระบบไฟฟ้า Fire Alarm Generator Fire Pump และระบบอาคารอื่น ๆ
  • ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานติดตั้ง งานซ่อมแซม และงานปรับปรุงให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและความปลอดภัย
  • ประสานงานกับ Project Manager ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ตรวจสอบเอกสารโครงการ เช่น แผนงาน ขอเข้าพื้นที่ เอกสารเสนอราคา และการส่งมอบงาน
  • จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้า ปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไข
  • ควบคุมงานให้เสร็จตามระยะเวลาและงบประมาณที่กำหนด
