At Amelia, we've built a solution that combines hardware and software to control precision during pile installation in solar farms: Hincator

We're already running projects across multiple continents, and the pipeline is about to multiply. We need to strengthen our commercial team with someone who wants to be part of this now.


We're a lean, no-nonsense team. Decisions get made fast and people have real room to do their job.


What you'll do:


You'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of key accounts in the solar sector. Your contacts will be project directors, procurement managers and technical quality leads at companies operating at serious scale.


Day to day, you'll be:


+ Managing and growing strategic accounts with a long-term mindset

+ Spotting new opportunities within existing accounts and opening new ones

+ Owning the full sales cycle — from first contact through close and beyond

+ Negotiating commercial terms and contracts at senior level

+ Travelling to key clients for project kick-offs — being there when it matters most

+ Coordinating with our technical and product teams to deliver the right answer to the right client

+ Keeping activity, pipeline and forecasts up to date in the CRM

+ Attending industry trade shows and events as needed


This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a static portfolio. We want someone who spots opportunities, pushes for them and gets them done.


What we're looking for:


+ B2B sales experience in technical solutions or the renewables sector

+ Used to negotiating with procurement and technical decision-makers

+ Able to run your own pipeline without being chased

+ Sharp enough to understand a complex product and explain it clearly

+ Comfortable travelling nationally and internationally

+ Experience in solar farm construction or industrial SaaS is a plus

+ Based in Barcelona

+ Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
