We are looking for a passionate and confident Product Manager / Product Evangelist (full‑time, permanent) to join Lenovo’s team and take ownership of a key product portfolio. The ideal candidate is based in or near Milano, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can influence both sales teams and customers with strong product knowledge and communication. This is a cross‑functional, international role with hybrid collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product messaging, positioning, and communication across the assigned portfolio.
- Support and enable sales teams to confidently sell the product line.
- Engage directly with customers to articulate product value and answer technical questions.
- Drive advocacy and visibility for the product area within a PC‑centric organization.
- Provide feedback on product roadmaps and challenge assumptions when needed.
- Recommend actions to expand product adoption and identify market opportunities.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams on go‑to‑market and sales initiatives.
- Represent the product area with confidence, ownership, and a proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to explain solutions clearly.
- Background in product management, product marketing, technical pre‑sales, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong customer‑facing presence and confidence in presenting.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Self‑driven, proactive mindset with passion for products and continuous learning.
