Sr. Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and
- Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and
- Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts
- Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable,
insurance records.
- Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
- Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to
- Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial
- Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll,
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6-8 years of experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office software and Windows operating system
- Working knowledge of general office procedures, filing systems, data entry techniques and business equipment
- Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced growing and dynamic business
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Physical Requirements:
- Extended screen time
- Long periods of sitting
- Potentially long hours
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
