We're looking for a licensed Commercial Account Manager who's passionate about delivering top-tier service and thrives in a high-growth, high-energy environment.
In this role, you'll manage a book of U.S. commercial accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver. You'll work closely with internal teams to support renewals, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to retention and growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and inquiries
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure a smooth experience
- Provide coverage guidance and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Coordinate across departments for timely and efficient service
- Support billing, documentation, and accounts receivable as needed
- Active P&C license in good standing (U.S.)
- 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- Experience with major market portals and BMS (EPIC preferred)
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and results-driven mindset
