Pay Range: $45/hr - $55/hr W2 for the Senior Account Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a polished and highly organized Senior Account Executive to support large-scale creator and influencer marketing campaigns for a high-profile technology client. This role will manage creator relationships end-to-end, including sourcing talent, negotiating contracts, tracking deliverables, and ensuring campaigns launch on aggressive timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source micro, nano, and mid-tier creators across social platforms
  • Manage influencer outreach, communications, and relationship building
  • Support creator negotiations, contracts, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and campaign deliverables
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign briefs and product specifications
  • Track campaign progress and maintain internal reporting documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, paid, earned, and account teams
  • Manage multiple creators simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure FTC compliance and adherence to influencer marketing best practices
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of influencer or creator marketing experience
  • Agency experience within PR, media, or influencer marketing environments
  • Experience executing creator campaigns from end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms
  • Experience managing influencer communications and negotiations
  • Ability to manage high-volume workflows and aggressive timelines
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced team environments
  • Experience working with micro and nano creators
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technology or consumer electronics campaign experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale influencer campaigns
  • Passion for technology and pop culture
  • Experience with creator management tools and influencer platforms
  • Understanding of paid, earned, and owned media integration
