BIWIN Storage is seeking an Account Sales professional to support and grow existing customer accounts from our Miami office. This role requires an excellent communicator who focuses on managing customer accounts, a genuine individual who is able to establish trust and build long-lasting business relationships, and someone who shares an interest in the fascinating memory and storage industry to support our growing customer base.
This position works closely with the Business Development team, which assesses leads, qualifies prospects by identifying their needs and matching them with our product solutions, and successfully converts prospects into customers. The Account Sales professional will then take over the customer account and manage routine business operations, account maintenance, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B / B2C customers after account onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks or issues.
Order Management & Sales Operations
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including quotations, order entry, delivery tracking, and invoicing coordination.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics, and HQ teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company’s product offerings and roadmaps by working closely with Product Managers (product training will be provided; experience in memory and storage semiconductors is a plus).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all customer-facing documentation.
- Resolve outstanding issues directly or escalate them to management for prompt resolution, while maintaining strong customer relationships and account standing.
- Review accounts periodically by establishing QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Visit customer accounts at least once each semester.
- Identify and capture business challenges and proactively propose solutions to management.
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing customer accounts through relationship management and ongoing business support.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support account expansion and customer penetration when needed.
- Support pricing execution and quotation follow-up in alignment with company guidelines and customer requirements.
- Assist with ongoing commercial discussions, account alignment, and long-term business development opportunities.
Customer Solution Coordination
- Understand customer needs, business requirements, and usage patterns to support suitable product recommendations and account development.
- Coordinate with Product Managers for product-related clarification, roadmap communication, and solution alignment.
- Support RFQ / RFI follow-ups and ensure timely responses to customer requests and operational inquiries.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the operational bridge between customers and internal teams, including Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and HQ teams.
- Coordinate sample requests, delivery schedules, and issue resolution to support smooth business operations.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely follow-up, communication, and closure.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the memory and storage industry.
- Language: English (verbal and written) required; fluent Mandarin verbal communication and reading ability are a plus.
- Based in Miami, FL.
- 1–5 years of experience in account management, sales operations, customer support, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software) is required.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales support or account management.
- Familiarity with the technology, semiconductor, or electronics industry.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of order management, logistics, or supply chain processes.
