Role Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise test automation frameworks, API automation, and AI‑assisted engineering. The candidate will lead the design and implementation of modular, reusable automation solutions across UI, middle tier, and backend services, ensuring enterprise‑wide adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks and methodologies
• Provide automation expertise, training, and coaching to teams
• Research, evaluate, and onboard automation tools for IT
• Deliver robust automation frameworks supporting Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Architect modular, reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements
• Train teams to expand automation coverage (environment validation, smoke/functional tests in CI/CD)
• Identify and implement automation improvements across enterprise delivery
• Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks (authentication, schema validation, UI integration)
• Provide automation leadership, mentoring, technical guidance, and code reviews
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate automation development
• Promote automation best practices and continuous quality engineering across Agile teams

Required Technical Skills

• Playwright with TypeScript (strong TypeScript coding experience)
• BDD automation using Cucumber
• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework applications
• API automation using Rest Assured or RestSharp
• Mobile testing using Appium with cloud platforms (Sauce Labs, Perfecto, BrowserStack)
• Exposure to Applitools, Jira integrations (AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, Xray), Service Virtualization (plus)
• Strong software engineering background (5–7 years hands‑on coding)
• Strong proficiency in Python (review, validate, debug, optimize AI‑generated code)
• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, GCP/Azure, GraphDB/Vector DB)
• Experience with Spec‑Driven Development methodologies
• Hands‑on with APIs, microservices, modern application architectures
