Position Type: Full time

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 hourly, plus commission

Location: US Remote

Schedule: 2 positions with the following schedules.

  • Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 2:00am PST. (Work hours will adjust to alternate time zones)
  • Monday - Friday, 3:00am - 12:00pm PST. (Work hours will adjust to alternate time zones)

*Schedules may change based on business needs. May include holidays and alternate workdays or hours as needed.

About the job:

The Accommodations Consultant converts inbound leads into confirmed reservations by delivering exceptional customer service and tailored housing solutions. This role manages inquiries from multiple sources, maintains accurate records in CRM and property management systems, and builds strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure an outstanding “home away from home” experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to all inbound phone and email inquiries and qualify customer needs.
  • Research inventory and provide accurate quotes and accommodation recommendations.
  • Manage and advance all active leads through the CRM sales pipeline.
  • Record all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in CRM.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, relocation partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with management to identify market trends and sales opportunities.
  • Support Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Assist with guest or client issues, resolution and escalations.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Work overtime during peak seasonal periods as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does not supervise any employees.

  • May also provide cross-training for staff.

Travel:

  • This position could require minimal travel, up to 5% of the time.

About you:

What you’ll bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous inside sales, reservations, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and Outlook.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily performed in an office or remote setting with standard office equipment, including a computer and telephone. The environment typically includes moderate noise levels from conversations and phone activity. If working remotely, the work environment will be dependent on individual home office setup.

Physical Demands:

While performing this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, speak, and listen, and frequently use hands for computer and telephone operation. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be required. The position involves close vision for extended screen time and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The employee must be able to remain focused for prolonged periods and perform effectively under occasional stressful conditions.
