Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications, integrations, database objects, and automation solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into application functionality.
- Develop application components following established standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, procedures, and support documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback as appropriate.
- Assist in identifying and resolving software defects.
- Develop and maintain database objects including views, stored procedures, functions, scripts, and queries.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and integration activities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within assigned applications.
- Assist in performance tuning and optimization efforts.
- Perform unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Document test plans, test results, and implementation activities.
- Validate solution functionality prior to deployment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving testing issues.
- Investigate and resolve application support requests and incidents.
- Analyze issues and implement corrective actions under established procedures.
- Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in production deployments and post-deployment validation activities.
- Assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Work closely with business analysts, users, vendors, and technical teams to understand and fulfill business requirements.
- Participate in technical and project planning discussions.
- Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop productive working relationships across departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Remain current with relevant technologies, development practices, and business processes.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Support organizational initiatives and technology improvements.
- Follow established security, compliance, development, and change management standards.
- Manage assigned work activities and priorities effectively.
- Complete all required training applicable to this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Minimum two (2) years of application development experience or equivalent technical experience is required.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL is required.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle principles and practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft development technologies, including .NET and C#.
- Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
- Experience with scripting and automation technologies.
- Experience working with APIs and systems integration.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Experience using source control systems and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid software development methodologies.
- The expected compensation is $67,770 - $84,713
- Paid Time Off (PTO) - 16 days annually + 9 Company paid holidays
