  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in QA/testing leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in system integration testing (SIT), UAT coordination, and release assurance.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale system assurance activities in complex environments.
  • Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Release and Change Management).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Testing & QA Tools：Experience with tools such as Selenium, UFT, TestNG, JUnit, or similar; Test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail)
  • Automation & DevOps: Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting;
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
  • System & Integration Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems; Experience with integration testing across multiple platforms
  • Performance & Security Testing: Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner); Basic understanding of security testing principles and tools
  • Data & Troubleshooting: SQL for data validation and analysis; Log analysis and debugging skills
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation tools
  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level / Test Manager, Certified Agile Tester, DevOps or SAFe certifications; Experience in test data management and environment management; Exposure to cloud-based testing (Azure, AWS); Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools
