SAP C4C Tester

Recruit 121 is currently looking for an experienced Functional Tester with strong SAP C4C expertise for a long-term financial-services project in Germany.

🗣️ Language: English required; German preferred

Key experience required

✅ 10+ years' Functional Testing / QA experience

✅ Strong hands-on SAP C4C / SAP Cloud for Customer Service Cloud experience

✅ Customer service, case management, service requests, complaints, incidents, escalations, SLAs and workflows

✅ Functional, SIT, E2E, Regression, Smoke and UAT testing

✅ SAP C4C integration experience with S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite/CPI

✅ APIs, OData, web services and middleware

✅ Strong Financial Services / Capital Markets background

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with stock exchanges, CSDs, custodians, securities-services organisations, asset managers or investment banks would be highly relevant.

ISTQB and/or SAP C4C / SAP Service Cloud certification is advantageous.
