Role Description The Global Chief Business Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Trilogy Innovations’ overall business strategy and growth initiatives across global markets. This role will oversee business development, financial planning, and strategic partnerships to support long-term organizational objectives in both public and private sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, guiding consulting and management engagements, and collaborating with senior leadership to align business strategies with technical capabilities. The Global Chief Business Officer will drive revenue growth, optimize business operations, and ensure that services and solutions support customer needs and organizational priorities. This role also involves representing the company with key stakeholders, promoting a culture of innovation and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess business performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
• Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and oversight of revenue and profitability targets.
• Proven experience in Business Development, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and growth planning in technology or consulting sectors.
• Background in Consulting and Management Consulting, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and advising executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in global or multi-site organizations, including setting vision, managing senior teams, and fostering accountability.
• Familiarity with federal government contracting, SBA 8(a) environments, and technology-driven organizations is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
