How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) is looking for a great CMO who can help business owners turn marketing into measurable growth.

You'll work with a portfolio of small law firms as their marketing leader — while HTM provides the clients, systems and support.

You don't have to find clients.

You don't have to sell yourself.

You don't have to build your own consulting practice.

You get to do the CMO work.

What You'll Do

• Develop marketing strategy, positioning and growth plans for each firm
• Turn strategy into campaigns and initiatives that actually get executed
• Own and understand the numbers — leads, CAC, cost per lead, conversion rates and ROI
• Coach business owners so they understand what's working, what's not and what to do next
• Connect marketing activity to revenue, profitability and business growth
• Work directly with owners as their trusted marketing advisor

What We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you've been the person a business owner turns to when marketing needs to produce results.

• CMO, Fractional CMO, VP, Head or Director of Marketing experience
• Significant experience working directly with business owners or founders
• Experience with businesses roughly in the $500K–$25M revenue range
• Strong strategic marketing skills and the ability to execute
• Comfortable owning marketing budgets and measuring performance
• Able to explain marketing metrics in plain English
• Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience as a fractional CMO or consultant is welcome

This is a full-time, exclusive position. It cannot be combined with an outside consulting practice or other employment.
