Currently, we are looking for a German-Speaking Cold-calling Specialist to join a fast-growing company specializing in rewards, vouchers, and incentives.
Based in Munich, Germany, the company provides innovative solutions for marketing, sales, and HR, helping businesses enhance customer loyalty, boost sales, and motivate employees through data-driven strategies.
In this role, you will work with a database of potential customers and be responsible for outbound calls, engaging prospects, handling rejection and objections, and identifying potential sales opportunities. We are looking for an outbound-focused, proactive, and resilient person who is motivated by achieving results.
Your Duties

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company’s lead database.
  
• Introduce the company and its services clearly and confidently.
  
• Engage prospects and identify potential sales opportunities.
  
• Handle objections, questions, and rejection professionally.
  
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent outreach.
  
• Qualify interested prospects and arrange further conversations with the sales team.
  
• Keep lead and call information accurate and up to date.
  
• Work consistently toward outbound activity and lead-generation targets.
  
• Communicate professionally with German-speaking prospects

Requirements

• C1 level German with strong verbal communication skills.
  
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing.
  
• Confident and persuasive phone communication.
  
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
  
• Proactive and highly motivated approach to outbound sales.
  
• Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  
• Persistent and able to maintain motivation after rejection.
  
• Good organization and follow-up skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
