We’re aiming to make a hiring decision within 7–10 days of the approved launch. This is a target, not a guarantee. We’ll take the time needed to find someone who meets the role’s communication and reliability standards.
Projects
Eleven Coats Painting is a growing Arizona painting company. We’re hiring an experienced Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to be a trusted voice for our customers and keep the details moving behind the scenes.
You’ll turn new inquiries into qualified estimate appointments, follow up with existing or interested leads, and help customers and painting crews stay aligned on what happens next. The role is approximately 50% inside sales and appointment setting and 50% production coordination and administration.
This is an inside sales role focused on inbound inquiries and people who have already contacted us or expressed interest. No cold calling or cold prospecting. Outbound calls are for existing or interested lead follow-up and appointment confirmations.
Job functions
Inside sales and appointment setting: approximately 50%
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and new painting inquiries. Live inbound calls and fresh leads take priority over outbound follow-ups and routine production administration.
• Ask thoughtful questions about the customer’s project, location, timing, and needs, then book qualified estimate appointments.
• Follow up with existing or interested leads, return missed calls, and confirm estimate appointments using the team’s process. There is no cold prospecting.
• Build trust, handle objections respectfully, and guide each conversation toward a clear next step.
• Confirm appointments and keep customers informed when details change.
• Use Pipedrive and CloudTalk to record accurate notes, call outcomes, appointments, and next actions. Keep every follow-up attached to a clear owner and due date.
Production coordination and administration: approximately 50%
• Help maintain the production schedule and keep job information current.
• Coordinate approved start dates and arrival windows with customers, crews, and Hannibal, our production lead.
• Send timely confirmations and updates so everyone knows the plan.
• Track customer requests, team commitments, open questions, and follow-ups through completion.
• Flag schedule conflicts, missing information, and potential delays early.
• Bring production decisions and issues to Hannibal, then document and communicate the approved next steps. Confirm changes before making new commitments to customers or crews.
What good work looks like
Customers get a prompt, professional response. Qualified estimates are booked and confirmed. CRM records are accurate and current. Customers and crews receive clear, approved scheduling information. Open commitments are followed through, and issues reach the right person early.
Conditions
• Base pay: US$8–$12 per hour, based on demonstrated experience and fit.
• Performance bonuses in addition to base pay. The bonus structure will be confirmed during the hiring process.
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Arizona time, year-round, with a one-hour unpaid daily break: 40 paid hours per week.
• Remote work from Latin America.
For comparison, the base rate is approximately US$1,387–$2,080 per month when averaged over a 52-week year at 40 paid hours per week. Compensation is hourly; actual monthly pay depends on paid hours worked. Bonuses are additional and are not included in this estimate.
Desirable skills
Experience with U.S. home services, painting, construction, dispatch, or production scheduling is helpful. Pipedrive and CloudTalk experience is a plus.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with U.S. customers, takes pride in organized work, and follows through without needing reminders. You’ll have a consistent weekday schedule, direct collaboration with our U.S. team, and meaningful ownership in a growing business.
Culture and fit
We are looking for you if you're always told you're too intense. You finish things other people abandon. You get uncomfortable when nothing is hard. You eat feedback for breakfast. You think "good enough" is an insult. You keep score to win even when nobody else is. If that sounds exhausting to you, we are not your people. If that sounds like looking into a mirror, apply.
