Projects

We're a small, ambitious team helping some of the most exciting US brands in sports betting, prediction markets and crypto grow their apps.

We manage serious advertising budgets across Apple Ads, ASO and mobile growth. We're growing quickly and looking for someone who can take ownership of client campaigns, reporting and communication.

We're also going all-in on AI, using Claude and automation to work smarter and scale faster.

You'll work directly with the founder, have real responsibility from day one and help shape how the business grows. No corporate bureaucracy, just great clients, interesting challenges and plenty of opportunity.

We want someone who can grow with us, eventually lead clients, build systems and potentially run their own division. LFG.

Job Functions

You'll work directly with the founder, helping manage and grow our portfolio of US clients.

Your main responsibilities:

• Apple Ads: Manage campaigns, budgets, keywords and performance optimization.
• ASO: Keyword research, App Store listings, competitor analysis and creative briefs.
• Client Reporting: Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities using Claude AI Skills.
• Client Communication: Own day-to-day Slack conversations, requests and deliverables.
• AI & Automation: Use Claude and other tools to streamline workflows and improve how we operate.

Beyond client work:

Help us grow! Depending on your skills, you could support sales, lead generation, SEO, AI-generated content, LinkedIn, YouTube and website updates.

What success looks like: Happy clients, strong campaign performance, reliable communication and someone who takes ownership without needing constant direction.

We'll provide training, videos and proven workflows. You bring the initiative and problem-solving skills.
