Continuously monitors the progression of staff performance and productivity metrics while providing mentorship, education and guidance to meeting departmental goals. Performs various types of audits and special projects on behalf of enterprise ICDI e.g., Quality and Query auditing, DRG Validation or other secondary review, and supports targeted audits as needed. Need to support various types of educational dissemination as needed and remain agile with the needs of the program and methods of education, which could include live presentations, video recordings, 1:1 feedback or other group educational sessions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in healthcare or other related field and 5 years’ healthcare related work experience, with CDIP or CCDS and CCS.
- Master’s in healthcare or other related field and 3 years’ healthcare related work experience, with CDIP or CCDS and CCS.
- Juris Doctor (JD) with 7 years’ healthcare related experience; Employees hired after April 30, 2025 CCDS or CDIP and CCS required.
Understanding of Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, CMS IPPS, MS-DRG and APR-DRG methodologies, Risk-adjustment, AHA Coding Clinic is required.

$93,392.00- $140,129.60/ year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
