We are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious, and collaborative Technical Team Lead for System Administration & Infrastructure (m/f/d). 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Act as the guiding pillar for a team of IT technicians. Take full responsibility for daily task allocation, process optimization, workflow efficiency, and professional mentorship.
• Technical Project Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact and dedicated project lead for key client accounts, expertly overseeing advisory, strategic planning, and implementation phases.
• Advanced IT Infrastructure & Administration: Oversee, scale, and execute complex system administration tasks across diverse enterprise environments, including Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and modern network technologies.
• Customer Support & Advisory: Deliver high-level technical support (both remote and on-site) for clients located within a convenient local 45-minute radius of the office.
• Infrastructure Development: Design, future-proof, and scale complex IT landscapes utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to meet evolving client demands.

📋 Candidate Profile & Requirements

Must-Haves

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of solid professional background in IT system administration, infrastructure management, or high-level technical support (initial leadership experience is strongly preferred).
• Technical Breadth: Comprehensive server and client knowledge with proven proficiency across Microsoft environments (Windows Server, M365), Linux, VMware, cloud platforms (Azure), enterprise network technologies, backup solutions, and monitoring tools.
• Educational Background: Completed formal vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable technical qualification / university degree.
• Language Proficiency: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1 minimum) and professional working proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
• Soft Skills & Mindset: Excellent communication skills, deeply customer-oriented thinking, a strong problem-solving orientation, and a collaborative team mindset that fosters synergy and growth.

• Prior hands-on experience managing technical teams, coordinating shifts, or leading IT projects within a managed service provider (MSP) or IT service provider environment.
