Senior C# developer

Senior C# / .NET Developer — The Movement (Remote, Pune-based team)

We're looking for a senior backend engineer to join The Movement, a mission-driven tech company tackling income inequality and climate change through social media and social-economy platforms.

What you'll do:

Own backend services and APIs built in C# / .NET, working closely with a small, fast-moving team

Use AI tools (Copilot, agentic coding assistants, etc.) as a core part of your daily workflow — we expect you to ship faster because you're fluent with AI-assisted development, not despite it

Collaborate with global teammates across time zones

What we're looking for:

5+ years of hands-on C# / .NET backend development

Genuine day-to-day experience using AI coding tools to build and ship backend features (please mention specific tools/workflows you use in your application)

Strong spoken and written English — you'll be communicating directly with a distributed team

Comfortable with flexible hours to overlap with a global team

Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

A collaborative, positive attitude — we're a small team and culture fit matters as much as skill

To apply: Please include 1-2 lines on how you currently use AI tools in your development process, and your notice period / earliest start date.d.
